F-15SG Strike Eagle, the deadly weapon of the Lion State
Over the next six days, the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s F-15SG Strike Eagle will be in the spotlight again. The aircraft, manufactured by Boeing, USA, will appear at the 2024 Singapore Airshow, along with the AH-64D Apache attack helicopter which is also owned by the RSAF. It is undeniable that, given its air force, Singapore can be considered the most powerful air power in Southeast Asia. This superiority is measured not only in quantity, but also in quality.

PACKAGING
The E-flite Eagle F-15 is compact and compact in the box and easy to assemble. It starts with securing the wing in place, putting the gear of choice (if needed) and ends with gluing the vertical and horizontal plane and connecting the push rod. The removable fixed gear is a plus since I fly mostly from the side of the road, I can avoid scratching the plane (and throw it by hand, because I fear that ).
All those planes on the bench look great in the paint scheme of the 65th Aggressor Squadron (Blue Splinter FTW!). The color is well applied and clean with a nice finish. It’s a small cell, but it feels a lot bigger than I expected once it’s properly assembled. In the check box, I found the recommended rate to be light, so this is what I use on the plane.
Elevator – 15mm up and down without Expo Aileron – 15mm up and down with 8% Expo Steering – 100% without Expo In terms of CG, I fly the aircraft to the recommended position which is 88mm measured and from the tip of the wing to the root. I use a Spektrum SMART 4s 2200 mAh pack to go back to the battery area and it works fine. The plane flew smoothly at this CG point and landed safely. My time is set for 3 minutes which gives me plenty of time to fly as much as I want.
